Piña colada on the nose, light brown sugar on the palate, waited for a strong bite that never came at the finish. Very clean

I really wanted to love my hometown single malt. This whiskey had a young taste and lacked a depth of flavor I look for in a single malt. Vanilla and citrus nose. Herbal, almost medicinal,honey on the palette. Liked it, but didn’t love.

Vanilla nose. Long finish. Minimal burn considering the high proof
