Nose- vanilla ans caramel Palate- nice caramel, vanilla oak and cinnamon red hots. A couple drops of water helped open it up with less cinnamon and more caramel

Good pour, but doesn’t live up to the hype. Maybe it’s just this batch not sure. But to me bardstown origin wheated tastes very similar to this for a fraction of the price. (Also didnt know the price of the pour before ordering, would’ve probably passed otherwise)

Oak with a little caramel and cherry sweetness but mostly spiced oak and maybe a little tannic

Nose- vanilla frosting, caramel, acetone Palate- cinnamon, caramel, vanilla, maybe some red fruit. Good mouthfeel, oily, definitely some burn though from the neck pour despite decanting
