A long time favourite of mine, BenRiach 10 Curiositas is fiery on the nose, the highland peat giving it a nice campfiery smell combined with boiled fruit. On the taste, the fire makes way for apple and pear, along with a spikey tonguefeel I really enjoy. The finish isn't terribly long, but what does remain is a fulfilling smoke, like a campfire in the woods.36.0 EUR per Bottle

Teeling Spirit of Dublin Poitín
Poitín — Ireland
Reviewed February 7, 2020 (edited February 12, 2020)Sweet, light and refreshing. Vanilla/chocolate on the nose. Quite smooth going down. I like it. Had it at the Teeling distillery in Dublin, after tasting their single malt, single grain, and small batch. There are definite commonalities between this and the single malt.Teeling Whiskey Distillery
