Tastes

Stunning. More than I was expecting. Definite sherry notes, but blown away by flavour and creamy smoothness. Will have to add water next time because I was just enjoying it too much neat!

Love this whisky. Very drinkable neat. Earthy, Smokey (but very pleasantly). Great flavours, long pleasant finish. Delicious all around!

This is actually the 15 year old but it isn’t available: Need to try in a proper Glencairn glass so this review isn’t really complete. Some interesting flavours (light, green fruit, honey) on the nose. Fair bit of alcohol burn though on arrival as we as the finish although a fairly muted middle (both alcohol and flavours). Again, will try in a proper glass and add another taste :)

I knew from the title on that this was an April fools joke, but as I was reading (and being entertained) I really wanted (most of) it to be true!!! ;-) well played distiller, well played. But make it (again most of it!) a reality please!! :)
