Oh man.. the strawberries and caramel on the nose! I could sniff this for days. The palate is a little less interesting, the strawberries and caramel are still there but less so.

Lower ABV than the French Cask, but it numbs my nose more than FC did. I'm less a fan of the palate on this one, I get more oak but there's a chemical taste that hurts the overall flavor.

Bite from the 65% ABV can't overcome the tropical fruit flavors.

Caramel candy sweetness on the nose. The smokiness hits you in the tongue, but it's a different smoke than I've had elsewhere, a nice change.

Flavor is nice, but a little more simple than I'd like. I get caramel and vanilla but not really any fruit.

On the nose: fruity, sweet, and light.. mostly tropical fruits. Lighter palate than I expected, some vanilla and earth. Medium finish.

A great blend of aged rhum agricoles of different ages and different casks. On the nose, it's hard for me to identify what I'm getting but it's intriguing. On the palate.... Heat, pepper, herbs and a long finish.

Nose has rich sweetness, spice and caramel. Has a punch in the palate that you might not expect from a 46% spirit. Lots of resinous phenols. Long finish.
