Dry in flavor, has a tart finish that lingers on the pallate.

Strong and smooth with a robust flavor profile. Strong hints of fudge.

Very strong caramel after taste, lots of brine flavor as well.

Smooth, lots of sweet vanilla flavor. Easy drinking.

At first taste the apples and fruits are very pronounced and sweet. As the whiskey finishes it lends it's flavor to oak and drys out. Overall, this is an outstanding whiskey and flows right into my kind of taste. My friend and I used this as our "celebration" whiskey and we are going to be hard pressed to find one that tops it.
