Reviewed June 17, 2023Extremely mellow. Almost wishing for a bit more proof. But undeniably wheated, and the age helps to eliminate some of that rough fieldy taste I associate with the grain. Richens and improves on the long finish. Overall a solid pour but wouldn’t splurge on the bottle.
