Old Fitzgerald Bottled in Bond 11 Year is the eighth release in the bottled in bond decanter series which first began with a spring 2018 release. Old Fitzgerald is a wheated bourbon produced by Heaven Hill and in keeping with bottled in bond standards, the liquid was all distilled in the spring of 2010.
It was aged for 11 years in Rickhouse EE before bottling in spring of 2021. It is bottled at 100 proof and available as of August, 2021.

Tasting Notes
"The nose has a bit of charcoal smoke along with baking spice, leather and fresh apricot. On the palate, the spice is mostly cinnamon, along with black pepper and flavors of vanilla, sweet grain breakfast cereal flakes and toasted oak. Tart apricot hits the mid palate with other fruit notes of lemon and baked cherries. The lingering burns out sweetly, with mild oakiness and black pepper. "
