Cherries, oak and spice in the nose. The palate is sweet Cherry tea. The finish is a long smooth periwinkle rainbow 🌈 slide of cherries, oak, ginger, pepper and fruit. 50% ABV has never been so smooth and tasty!

Apple and pears on the nose. Spicy cinnamon and vanilla on the palate. The finish is smooth and the flavor of the pears comes out to be replaced by pepper and ginger.

Lots of hay on the nose. The palate is oaky and a bit of spice. The finish is vanilla, moderately long and with Hay

Vanilla pear and candied lemon on the nose gives way to more candied lemons, oranges and pears on the palate. Leaving it to warm up on the palate it gets a creamy mouth feel and flavors of cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. The finish has a punch. It hits hard with pepper and gingerbread.

Vanilla and oily bananas and biscuits on the nose. Gives way to a sweet and peppery palate full of vanilla and a creamy mouthfeel. Which then becomes an almost spicy finish which doesn’t linger very long.

Vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg on the nose. Banoffee pie on the palate gives way to a peppery finish which lingers to cinnamon and a bit of ginger. Yummy.

Nose of spiced apples and charred barrels. Sweet on the palate with spice, pears, and caramel. The finish goes from the pears to spice and pepper, then lingers with caramel and oak.

It smells almost of bacon, fried in a pan with a sliced pear lingering nearby. The whiskey is sweet and smokey on the palate. It has a thicker full mouthfeel. The smoke really comes through in the finish, which gets peppery and sweet again. It lingers for a moderate amount of time.

Apricot marmalade on the nose with a hint of cinnamon and cloves. The palate is all bourbon spice with a creamy mouthfeel. The finish is peppery and has a bit of chili heat.

I’ve been trying to find this whisky for a while now, so I’m happy to finally taste it. Candied Apples on the nose. The palate is sweet and spiced. The finish is especially yummy with lots of vanilla and spices which lightens to apple sweetness.
