The taste is of those elements, with some sugary sweetness and just a bit of bite. The body of medium, and there is a somewhat oily mouthfeel. Douhans finishes on the quick end. It has a deep amber gold appearance, with noticeable white chunks floating throughout the glass and bottle, and ragged alcohol legs. The aroma is of whiskey-saturated wood and some sour mash sourness. The flavor is of sharp, charred oak, some vanilla, sugar sweetness, and sourness.
