This was OK, It represents a good value, Definite Spicy, Nutty, Woody notes consistent through both the nose and the palate. Kinda have to hunt for this though...

This is very sharp for a six year, A great Bourbon no doubt, but it drinks far greener than one would expect. I'd love to see what this is like at a 12 year for $10 more, yet its hard enough to get this in the North!

This Rye is defined by its high corn mashbill. The nose has a spiciness to it,and I get a big Bazooka Gum note. The rye notes play second fiddle to the Leathery Oaky notes present in nearly all Buffalo Trace offerings. The mouthfeel is smooth and pleasing, while the palate flavoring is broad yet with few but assertive components. The char on the barrel imparts its flavor in a very unobtrusive fashion, I would guess a very light char on the barrel.

Everything you'd want in a Bourbon, even some Peach Notes, a rare treat. Far more delicate than other offerings.

The nose is Strong and Persistent. The Cyrano de Bergerac of Bourbons. At some point, I'll explore more of Wild Turkey's Higher Proof stuff, but this is not exactly a great ambassador.

This has all the traditionally Bourbon-ey notes. Oak, Leather, Vanilla, Honey, Caramel, maybe even a little Cherry. Somehow all comes together to produce a middle of the road Bourbon. Worth a pour to know what Brown-Forman is Capable of, but I feel at too high a price point.

My Personal favorite of the Four Roses Bourbons; I'd say this is the Coca Cola of Bourbons. Perfectly Blended, Almost Impossibly Complex with dozens of flavors in both the nose and palate. It represents a fantastic value at under $15.
