N- fantastic- not too hot- apples- vanilla - light leather- spice and some cinnamon- big vanilla P- apples- spice- dry leather and oak- Finish- amazing- chocolate- sugar Burt - oak and leather- not too hot- but really sticks with you- cinnamon at the end- thick and delicious- - Cochon- select in NOLA

N- light wood- candy- fruit- P- warm- mouthy- grass F- warmer than most Irish- more burn- smooth- but lingers- light leather and oak- Excellent whiskey- much better than BM16 tonight

N- fruit- some raisins- light wood- light baking spice P- light- toasted wood- but smooth- light- F- light wood- toasted wood- light fruit- that Irish finish- smooth- limited burn- but stays around - nice whiskey- but not as good as Lustau in a blind tonight

N- flat - not much here- little spice and lots of alcohol - little apple and spices F - very dry- spice- quick heat - not my favorite Not much here tonight - definitely not for the price - would prefer Rare Breed

N- vanilla and chocolate- all very light - but nice F - chocolate - sweet cream- light vanilla - light warm burn. Very nice whiskey

N- Orange - saw dust - cherry - light cinnamon- light chocolate- F- chocolate- Carmel- Burt sugar- heavy oak- big burn- Smokey Burt wood- if longer - smoother finish- would be better -

N- tobacco - oak- leather - figs or some fruit- finish cherry and cinnamon - some fruit- nice sizzle to start - then long warm burn-

Decent - better than EC toasted N- Orange, apples, vanilla , redhots, P- vanilla - leather F- nice - warm- slight linger- fruit and vanilla - redhots - would be excellent if it lasted longer- nice heat and burn- just ended too soon-

N- sweet fruit- burnt sugar- some char - but little smoke- P- oak - cinnamon F- nice- warm- but too short - ends to fast- cinnamon and maybe apples. Decent - but not special

N- vanilla and cinnamon- type of fruit- light alcohol P- alcohol- leather / dried fruit F- warm- high alcohol (not a big fan of it tonight) - apples and cinnamon- burn last and the end is nice - fruit and red hots- but the harsh alcohol is too much
