N- spices, cinnamon, leather , hint of wet vanilla P- chewy , light coco , spice , oak, F- warm, decent warm burn, vanilla , strong spice - nice bourbon

N- sweet vanilla and oak- apple- P- warm and thick- coats the mouth - leather and fruit oil- vanilla F- more oak and leather- Apple and cinnamon- light vanilla-not a long burn- but smooth warm burn- In years past it’s been all orange for me- this is more apple- I sadly prefer the orange of the older bottles- still fantastic bourbon- just a strange fruit change for me tonight

N- light floral- not very strong- smooth- citrus P- warm- but not very strong - F- chocolate and orange at the end- light vanilla and fruit- quick smooth burst of burn- quickly gone- but then a nice fruit aftertaste. Best part of the bourbon is the finish- would like to have some orange/chocolate slices to go with it.

N- slightly burned brownies and chocolate- little salt - small hint of vanilla P- chewy brownies- slight spice- F- chocolate syrup- leather - spice- warm- thick- chewy - delicious bourbon

N- mint- leather- vanilla- P- warm- leather - Finish- brown sugar- mint - Burt creme brûlée- salt air- Very different today- excellent bourbon- more mint- fresh - light - sugar sweetness - less age or oak.

N- sugar- vanilla / Carmel- cre brûlée- light floral & fruit P- F- sweet vanilla- oak- pepper- citrus- low warm burn - lots of vanilla and wood 10 seconds later. Fantastic

N- cherry- Coca Cola - brown sugar P- oily - pepper - F- long warm burn- well balanced for the proof- holds on and warms you up- pepper- burnt sugar- cheery candy-

N- vanilla , cinnamon, brown sugar - Whifs of chocolate P- warm- but not as much as it should have been- F- big punch- cherry- chocolate- brown sugar- oak- quick burn - then smooth burning heat

N- sweet - fruit- sherry - sugar - pepper and grass - P - soft - thick coating - honey- F- wet oak (but no peat) - cloves - spice - leather and fruit -

N- fruit- cherry or figs smooth and inviting P- big warm - soft wood - F- delicious- fruit- that Irish warmth without the bite- burn lingers like a soft rain - then fruit and raisins - the finishing flavor really stays around -
