N- floral- orange - smooth- light warmth- vanilla and leather- P- light oak- candy orange - light cinnamon Finish- light and smooth- almost perfect- would love a little more burn- but perfect finish- vanilla - orange- hint of tobacco and leather. One excellent bourbon- just needs more heat for me to be perfect

L 16 and raw oysters- the best combo you will ever have. Nose- the ocean- peat- salt- seawater- earth - dirt- Finish- warm- oil- peat- saltwater - it’s like the ocean- with a warm fire- If you are going to drink scotch by a fire-- this is what you should drink- if you have some cold- salty oysters this is what you should drink - would love to visit the distiller one day - my favorite scotch

Nose less alcohol - - choc - vanilla - cinnamon buns- Palate - alcohol- leather - fruit Finish - warm- very hot- cinnamon burn- tingles the tongue- soft fire - little bitter / light oak at the finish Lost a tight blind tasting vs Old Fitz 11 year. Not as complex a nose on Parker’s - and the finish for Old Fitz was better - solid pour if you can find it.

Blind Old Fitz Vs Parker’s 13 Year Wheat N- strong - orange -fruit- dark chocolate- candy cherries or red hots - sweet nose of candy- Palate- warm - inviting- - finish- slow and soft burn- perfect length- grows and holds on for a few mins - light leather - vanilla and fruit. It won vs Parker’s -
