86 proof, NAS Nose- Caramel apples, vanilla, dill, allspice, oak, tea Palate- sweet honey, caramel, cola, sourdough bread, rye spice Finish- medium, apple, rye, toast My favorite of the Michter’s I’ve had (SM, bourbon, American whiskey). I only wish the proof was a bit higher.

100 proof, 4 yr min., BiB Nose- apple, cherry cola, mint, cinnamon, ethanol, black tea, coffee? Palate- apple pie, vanilla, mint, Juicy Fruit gum Finish- Rye spice, clean, nice I’ve not had very many Rye’s but I think I will be trying more after this one. It’s a great sip and very affordable at $35 for a store pick.

The nose hits with caramelized crème brûlée, coffee beans and a slight orange zest. The palate was sweet caramel, vanilla and black pepper with a hint of Ludens cherry. A medium finish with very little burn, sweet with baking spice and oak to finish. A great bourbon at a great price.

Deliciously sweet and smooth. Vanilla and toffee with baking spices and dried fruit. Slight oak but sweeter than normal bourbon. No burn or harshness at all.
