Color: Dark Amber, decent legs. Nose: Baked Apples; Yeast, brown sugar. Palate: Oily, thick on the tongue. Caramel, spicy

As the expert say, the nose is herbaceous. With a pleasant sweetness. The mouth feel is slightly oily. With mint and cinnamon pepper.

Comes in hot but spicy. As a WT101 fan, I hate to admit that it makes a far better well or basic bourbon $ for $

Nice sweetness with an undertones of malt. Nose brings the malty goodness. Thia bottle is 3/4 gone and the cork stuck. Used a corkscrew to get in. Palate has that maltiness with a little butter sweetness. It isn't smokey by any stretch but if you squint and stand on one foot you can pick a faint hint up. Dark fruits on the finish without too much burn. This is one of my favs. Oh who am I kidding. This is my fav non peaty scotch. I originally bought the Islay for the peat and didn't know it was only 3 ppm. Best mistake I ever made.

Sweet and simple.

Sweet palate with a moderate amount of peat smoke. The sweet molasses is on the nose with hint 😉 of peat.

Butterscotch on the nose. Spice on the palate with some brown sugar. Not too complex but a great easy sipper.

I'm not a huge wheater enthusiast. I don't hate them but I much rather have the rye spice. Sweet on the nose. Honey with a hint of ethanol. Palate is sweet with a slight kick on the end.
