Herbal notes on the nose with baking spices. Dill on the palate with loving spices. Finish continues the dill with a little brown sugar.

Creamed corn/Kettle.Corn in a glass. It isn't compex but at $13 ! bottle I wasn't expecting it to be.

Smoke hits me as soon as I Open the bottle. This is a smokey True Blue in my opinion. The smoke gives it a sweeter over tone

Nose is dill, juicy fruit gum, and no ethanol burn. First sip has more of that juicy fruit. A very slight dill come through. A few low burn. Finish is short but tasty with a slight hint of spice.

I agree with the reviewer. Nose is yeast bread and Cremé Brulee. A little vanilla and banana. Palate is chocolate and mint alright. Finish is a nice alcohol hug with the hint of mint hanging on. 5/5
