Reviewed December 10, 2018The color is a brownish, dark amber with heavy legs that coat the glass. The nose is full of corn, caramel and charred oak at first, with molasses, vanilla and a hint of honey and dark chocolate following it up. The palate is a wonderful burst of pepper balanced by caramel, honey and vanilla while oak and caramel holds it all together. The finish is long with spice mixing with caramel and oak that takes its time to fade, as dark chocolate and vanilla linger behind it.The East End -

Burst of nutmeg is balanced by vanilla, custard, caramel and a touch of buttercream frosting. The bakery continues on the palate with vanilla, caramel and toffee as the focus, balanced by a touch of fruit sweetness, nutmeg and rye spice, with salted peanut. The finish is medium long with cinnamon, vanilla and peanut balanced by caramel and oak, countering the sweet palate.The East End -

Palate - Delicate and nicely balanced with a burst of spice that doesn’t overwhelm, with pepper, cinnamon, honey, brown sugar, with molasses and vanilla evening it out. Finish - Oak, cinnamon and a touch of honey and corn sweetness linger for a long, smooth finish.The East End

The nose is soft and floral with ripe, fruity sweetness on top of vanilla, oak, brown sugar and caramel. Baking spices with cinnamon at the front comes out as it breathes. The palate is spicy and fruity with strawberries and cream, caramel, cinnamon, oak, rye spiciness and sweet bread. The finish is medium long with floral notes balanced by rye, sweet bread, vanilla and oak that all fades to a creamy ending.The East End
