The nose green apples with caramel, pepper and hints of baking spices, vanilla and oak. The palate is mouth coating and a bit oily, with apple sweetness going alongside well with pepper, butterscotch and oak. The finish is long, nutty and creamy with lingering pepper, vanilla, smoke and oak. Excellent.The Last Hurrah

The palate is very dry and heavy on oak, with black pepper, cinnamon, vanilla and caramel that slowly builds up as the pepper fades. Palate - Pepper spiciness balanced by honey, vanilla, a hint of caramel, baking spices and pipe tobacco. Palate - Caramel, cherry and grain are predominate with rye, vanilla, oak and a hint of orange building up behind it.
