Tastes

Nose - Smokey with dried grass, oak, leather, cigar smoke, vanilla, muscovado sugar and straw. Palate - Gentle smoke with vanilla, barley sugar, slight hint of caramel and mint, and buttered popcorn. Finish - Medium length with fading pepper, vanilla, molasses and cinnamon.

Nose - Vanilla, toffee, glazed donuts, powdered sugar, pepper and chili powder are equally balanced. Palate - Chewy and slightly oily, full of oak, vanilla, brown sugar, baking spices, almond, ginger and molasses, all perfectly balanced. Finish - Long, dry, and spicy and warm with fading baking spices, oak and vanilla, with a touch of spearmint.

Nose - A bit herbal with citrus, butterscotch, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and brown sugar. Very toasty. Palate - Mouth warming with cinnamon, vanilla, a bit of caramel and oak, and brown sugar. Finish - Warm and tingling and smooth with soft cinnamon, vanilla and honey.

The nose green apples with caramel, pepper and hints of baking spices, vanilla and oak. The palate is mouth coating and a bit oily, with apple sweetness going alongside well with pepper, butterscotch and oak. The finish is long, nutty and creamy with lingering pepper, vanilla, smoke and oak. Excellent.

The nose is full of baking spices, oak, vanilla, sweet apples and a touch of port. The palate is very dry and heavy on oak, with black pepper, cinnamon, vanilla and caramel that slowly builds up as the pepper fades. The finish is long, warm and spicy with a mouthful of oak, fading pepper and vanilla and cinnamon.

Nose - Freshly baked bread, vanilla, rye, honey and fresh fruit. Palate - Sweet with vanilla, cooked sugar, brown sugar, honey, oak and toast. Finish - Long and warm with cinnamon, vanilla, brown sugar and baking spices.

Nose - Oak, brown sugar, molasses, vanilla, caramel and a touch of honey and cinnamon. Palate - Mild notes of pepper on top of vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, oak and baking spices, and a hint of honey Finish - Medium length with fading baking spices, oak and vanilla.

Nose - Soft but spicy with notes of fruit sweetness, honey, caramel, butterscotch, oak and a hint of coffee. Palate - Pepper spiciness balanced by honey, vanilla, a hint of caramel, baking spices and pipe tobacco. Finish - Medium length and dry with pepper and vanilla, with a touch of honey lingering.

Nose - Strong with peat upfront and straw, malt, vanilla and a slight hint of honey and lemon. Palate - Smooth smoke, straw, dark honey and clove, with lemon and barely sugar balancing it all out. Finish - Sugary and smokey with a slight tartness and spice that is clean and simple.

Nose - Caramel and vanilla upfront on top of dark fruit, with oak, brown sugar, licorice and a touch of honey in the background. Palate - Caramel, cherry and grain are predominate with rye, vanilla, oak and a hint of orange building up behind it. Finish - Caramel and vanilla are balanced nicely by an oak spiciness that slowly fades.
