It’s not Adictivo, which I can’t find here in Washington, but it’ll do. Nice sipper with a smokey nose, strong pepper on the palate and easy to enjoy.

Strong nose of butterscotch but it doesn’t carry through to the palate. Not bad but a little too harsh and raw for me.

I finally found an Islay I really enjoy. Good nose where the peet is definitely there but the taste is “soft” and not so abrupt. Yeah!

A strong aroma matched to a very earthy and raw agave flavor. Not overdone. A lot of heat with a long finish. Pretty good considering we’re not in Mexico for our favorites.
