Tastes

Nose: caramel, small hint of bananas, honeysuckle Palate: butterscotch, light mouthfeel, refreshing. Not as rich as four roses single barrel, but similar “dessert” taste. Finish: light to moderate finish, warm but not too hot. Very drinkable, not overwhelming.

Nose: Vanilla, dark wood, pitted fruit, & smoky Palate: Mild on front, not alcohol-forward, smooth. On back, mild burn, sweet. Notes of chocolate-covered cherries, dark chili ate. Finish: Short, intense finish. Warm but not too hot.

Nose: Subtle vanilla, spice, nutmeg, slight floral Palate (Front): Citrus, bold floral Palate (Back): Leather, lingering peppercorn Finish: Moderate, rounded finish

Nose: Charred oak, leather, dark fruit. Palate: Very mild, smooth mouthfeel, sweet. Finish: Brief finish with hints of butterscotch at end. 2.5 ** Liked better on rocks. 3.25

Nose: Weak notes of caramel nuts, maybe even pitted fruit. Palate: Smooth, not too alcohol forward. Toffee, caramel, and baked bread notes. Finish: Sharp, quick finish, but pleasantly sippable.

Nose: heavy, sweet, dynamic. Vanilla, cinnamon, lemon/citrus. Palate: Oily mouthfeel, spice & wood notes. Finish: (Pleasantly) surprised at how long of a finish this bourbon had.
