White balsamic on the nose. Strong oak and banana taffy on the palate. It sort of wandered off the path towards the end and I don’t think it made it to the end of the hike. With a touch of water the banana taffy disappears and the oak really comes through. Picked up some cinnamon tree bark on that hike.The Pot Still

Reviewed July 29, 2021 (edited August 1, 2021)Creamy and smooth with a slightly fruity finish. Sort of evokes a bourbon. After a touch of water the alcohol comes through more which was unexpected. Definitely prefer this without water.The Pot Still -
