Tastes

The first pour out of the bottle was super flat. I did get standard caramel, some toasted nuts, little oak, slight pine. It felt cheap both on nose and palate. After two sips I had to throw it in the sink. Thought that it may be the neck-pour curse and it will open up. After two weeks nothing changed. Couldn't swallow after the first sip. Second pour in the sink. Decided to do a blind tasting with four more bourbons, all BiBs. It came out at number 4. Still in my "Can't Drink it" range. Not surprisingly, Early Times came 5th.
