Tastes

Nose - Light smoke, lots of fresh pear, malt must, salty sea air Palate - Well balanced with good treble and bass. Smokey pepper, briney, just a hint of medicinal iodine. The fresh fruit on the nose fades behind the smoke but is still there. Finish - Medium/long. Spicy toasted pepper covering up a sweet grain. Definitely opens up with a small splash. Complex but easy drinking.

Nose - Tons of sweet orange, crisp cantaloupe, cinnamon. Lighter vanilla than typical with just a back note of fresh cut hay Palate - Lots of oak, caramel, corn dust, vanilla fudge Finish - Chocolate and molasses. Surprisingly short. Some lingering spice.

Nose - Light. Apple custard or maybe a touch of apple pie. Palate - Cinnamon. A touch of butterscotch. Finish - Shorter with some spice

Nose - Oaky with a slight honey-nut Cheerios, light chocolate Palate - warming spice covering especially ripe cherries Finish - long with light pepper

Nose - Tons of apple and some honeydew, a sweet vanilla undertone. Taste - Fruit tones dropped off and vanilla took over. Moderately lingering finish

Iodine and smokey but a surprising amount of melon and a touch of green apple. Long lingering finish.
