This was the smoothest of the 3 whiskeys on the Castle and Key whiskey fight at the distillery. It’s very balanced yet unremarkable. Slight hint of vanilla in aroma, little burn, slightly sweet

A unique find. Had never had a corn based vodka. The finish is smooth and clean. The distillery has great character located in a former State Penitentiary that was mentioned in Silence of the Lambs.
