Nose : Little peat, some citrus, brown sugar, little vanilla Palate : Smokey malty cereal, spicy Finish : Long and sweet notes Strong and fun start with an ok finish. Enjoyable!

Nose : Big honey and dried raisins, little bit of hops, citrus, tobacco and oysters Taste : Big oak, burnt toast, dark chocolate, hazelnuts Finish : Cigar, cinnamon and a return of the salt Lovely! I caught myself taking the smallest sips so the pour would last longer. Pleasant mouth feel and experience.

Nose : Fruit cake, Bubblegum, Black pepper and leather. Slight smoke? Taste : Brown sugar, Sponge cake, can't put a word on it Finish : Spicy mint feel, 100% dark chocolate Enjoyable! Reminds me of rye whiskey

Nose : Cloves and a little peanut. Little licorice and wax. Taste : Some walnut and anise. Finish : Black pepper and toast. Kind of all over the place. Interesting notes in the neat pour. Experience and mouthfeel is watery and spicy at the same time. It might grow on me. Was awesome in a Sazerac.

Nose : Vegetal, slight vanilla and very light fruit Taste : Slightly sweet fruit with a bit of bubblegum Finish : Floral and bit of sulphur I like it! Refreshing change of pace from my usually more caramelly favorites. Great unassuming sipper perfect for those times you're looking for a light but still interesting pour

Nose : Little grassy spice, orange peel, maple syrup, cereal Taste : Strong sweet caramel start then tobacco and spearmint Finish : Long and a little bit of grass spice

Nose : Woodsy, maple syrup with a hint of vanilla Taste : Spicy bakery with oranges Finish : Dry sweetness with a hint licorice
