    Harsh alcohol grain & acetone notes, some sweetness too. Slight alcohol burn tatse to start then it turns watery before the harsh grains at the end, it burns & lingers too. Some spices come through with the addition of ice but it's terrible stuff.

    Not an overpowering nose, still strong with vanilla/butterscotch sweetness & some spice with oak finish. Its smooth & sweet to start, a light alcohol burn to finish a nice balance; it's slightly oily & definitely easier going down than I'd expected as a novice.

    Strong malted peat & lots of smoked. Not as strong a body as expected, still a lot of peat & boozy alcohol grain then a little oak & faint caramel. It felt slightly oily & warming too. I wasn't a fan of the nose but it was pleasant after that.

    Peat & smoked notes, some acetone & alcohol grain at the end. A lot more peat & alcohol n the palate, smoky. Very aggressive tasting & harsh with a burning alcohol finish; definitely needs some water to smooth it out some. The body is smooth, smoky & oily with a linger peat & alcohol burn at the end.

    Boozy with grain & smoke initially, a creamy sweetness then light peat to finish. The taste starts creamy as well but there's an alcohol burn that is warming with some peat too. It's still strong with some water added but a little more balanced.

    Citrus & juniper berries on the nose alongside more alcohol grain than I'd expected, there was some berries but not enough to mask all of the booze. It's sweeter tasting though, most of the alcohol is hidden here too surprisingly, I got some sloe berries & raspberry like flavours, some straight up gin not long after & a warming finish; a definite improvement on the nose. It's quite oily but smooth too.

    A sweet nose with banana & vanilla, some smokey notes & pineapple follow with the alcohol grain at the end. The tatse starts sweet but instantly the alcohol burn follows. Even after adding water it still burns a little but the sweetness starts to come through too, there's a little sugar & banana, faint pineapple but not a whole lot else. It falls somewhere in between a straight up mixer & a supper, I'd probably lean closer to the former though.

    Really strong alcohol burn initially, added some ice to mellow it out a bit. Thick & oily, still warming without as much of the burn. Almost waterlike at the start but with a strong kick; it's pretty good.

    A personal favourite for mixing with, first time trying it straight. Alcohol grain nose with acetone finish, hi ta of sweetness coming through initially. Really strong & harsh to start, not much taste but very warming. It's smoother with water added but still has some of the burn, it's definitely one for mixing with.

    Alcohol grain,  peat notes & a tiny bit of oak - harsh smelling though. Warming initially, subtle alcohol burn at the end; peat, oak & faint smoke too. It's quite thin & sweet with a few fruity flavours with apple & cinnamon coming through with the help of some water.
