Lots of Carmel and Vanilla on the nose. spicy on the front and back of the palette. There is a bit of a bite. Better for cocktails than sipping. A bit of ice does wonders

The nose is immediate with juniper and coriander. A bit of other spices. Reminds me a bit of licorice. There is a fruitiness there from the wine barrel. Very smooth for sipping. Tingles the tongue pleasantly. Note: This is actually aged for 3 months but I was unable to select “month” instead of “year”
