Tasting Notes
"A bouquet of apples leads on the nose, with crisp, ripe apples from the orchard alongside mushy, overripe apples. Honey and jammy wine notes are also detected. The palate offers rich sweetness with both vanilla and chocolate, as well as dark red fruits and spicy oak. The mouthfeel is a bit soft and watery, not quite integrated fully. The finish is tannic and somewhat bitter, with vanilla, menthol, and tingly black pepper."
