Nose - briney smoke, but smells like burning wood with no noticeable phenols, some jammy sweetness Palette - medium body, smokey first and wood ash, some richness and mild fruit sweetness, nicely balanced Finish - smoked fruit and mild burn

Nose - caramel and sweetness, like caramel coated popcorn, some rye spice, a bit of dried tropical fruit Palette - thick, hot and spicy, rich and dark flavors, burnt caramel and some zesty fruit and a bit of the spice in the background Finish - lingering hot spice with some darker sugar notes

Nose - very light smoke and some chocolate, orange marmalade, some wood spice Palette - medium body, dry ash and sharp tannins, dried tobacco Finish - dry spices and damp smoke, medium burn

Tasted at the infamous Stanley Hotel (from the Shining) it was an awesome dinner. Nose - sweet malt and bright zestiness, lemon and vanilla, light honey and floral notes Palette - hot and medium body, sweet citrus forward, rich malt helps provide balance and a touch of bitterness Finish - lingering honey and citrus, strong but pleasant burn
