Nose - peanut brittle with caramel drizzle and cinnamon, leather oil Palette - oily texture, dry spice and hot caramel, antique wood and leather, some dry cocoa powder Finish - hot and long, mostly spicy with some sweetness

Nose - spicy rye and caramel, like a high rye bourbon with lots of vanilla as well, some grape, brown sugar and a bit of citrus Palette - spice forward, pretty thick, sharp rye spice and hot cinnamon, rich caramel after the spice Finish - long lasting citrus and rye spice, long hot burn

Nose - maple syrup, sweet corn, sugar, vanilla frosting, some oak spice notes Palette - light body, light flavors as well, sweet and light overall, underwhelming flavors Finish - sweetness that fades to slightly tannic bitterness, mild burn

Nose - sweet sap, vanilla, warm spices, some sweet fruit as well Palette - medium body, sweet corn, oak spice, some dry tannins, pretty well balanced Finish - medium long dry tannins and warm spices, medium burn

Nose - deep rich sherry bomb, charred wood, ripe plums, dried figs, molasses Palette - oily and a bit smokey up front, really strong flavors almost overwhelming, changes to rich dark sugars and wood tannins, tangy fruit and some strong baking spices Finish - warm rich and lingering, solid burn

Nose - apple and coconut, some mild all spice, roasted oak and honey Palette - apple and lemon, some coconut and sliced honey, nicely balanced tannins Finish - lingering sweet honeyed apples, dry heat at the end, medium burn
