Palate: A nice balance of brine and mash sit on your tongue with little to no noticable heat. Familiar Molasses and brown sugar on the nose. On the palate molasses is right up front unmistakable and delicately fades to Vanilla with a playful amount of heat in the back that I looked forward to in every sip after.
