Tasting Notes
"The robust nose shows notes of dark caramel, dried apples, wax, and a touch of char. The bourbon shows sweetness on the palate, but it isn't overt. Other flavors are going on to balance it out such as toasted cereal, oak, and baking spices. The finish has a nice chocolate cherry thing going on, but again, the sweetness is balanced. Water isn't needed, but if you prefer an ice cube, go big or go home. "
