Super easy going, yet still complex whisky. Its super light and fruity - would be a fantastic summer dram. Despite how delicate and fruity it is compared to other whisky's so far, it holds its own. Its always enjoyable and demands just as much attention as you want to pay it. Pear and peach notes, maybe a touch of tropical. There's oakiness, but its super subtle. All in all a crowd pleaser dram that can attend to almost any mood.

Peaty, sherry/dried and dark fruit sweetness. On the palate an ashy peat note but beautifully rounded by the sherry notes. Punchy and bold but mellows out nicely as it moves through the palate.

Green apple, fermented grain, slight smoke. Oily and viscous in texture with a reasonably long finish. An interesting dram that is excellent value.

I love rye - but the port barrels give this a different dimension. I get those that don’t like that element but i think it smooths it out and gives it some of those rich, dark and dried fruit notes that makes it a fun dram. Add an added element to cocktails too

Hadn’t been a scotch drinker in a long time but I got this and got hooked again. Smoky, bacon and BBQ notes but some bright salinity and some subtle fruit too. Been more of a Bourbon drinker for a bit but have to explore some single malts again - great dram
