Tastes

On the nose is big and peppery to start, with rye and caraway seed following. Toffee sweetness sits at the back, which is followed by a beautiful concentration, with waves of spicy cinnamon, clove and nutmeg, toasted hazelnuts and a faint, fresh, minty note on the palate and the finish is long and spicy.

On the nose there is an orchard fruit and fired banana scent, which is followed by ripe tropical fruits and brown sugar on the pallet with a pineapple upside cake on the finish.

Sweet, medium body. Herbal, vanilla, sweetness, resin, sultanas, toast. Over-ripe grape, thick and sweet, spices, green, biscuity. Custard, Fresh, crisp, spices and stem ginger.
