Tastes

Not as good as senior, but wow! Surprisingly sweet up front and smooth, followed with a decent amount of bite. Seems like there is some caramel & after a couple sips I think there is some cherry as well. If it was easier to find I could have a new go to.

Some caramel, very smooth initially & it seems to hit you with a strong bite at the end.

American whiskey, has a light bite to it. A bit of a herb or floral taste. Has an Irish whiskey aroma to it.

Some bite to start, mellows out with successive tastes

I really enjoyed this one. Initially has some bite, but successive sips were generally easier. My palate isn't that great so discerning individual tastes isn't my forte, but I generally thought this was a little on the sweet side.

This is very mellow & smooth. You can easily tell it's wheated, which I really enjoy. I've only tried 2 of the voyages so far but this is easily my favorite. Has nice hints of orange to it as well.

Enjoyable with a bit of bite on first tasting. Got a little sweeter the second taste with an easy finish.

A private selection to the bar. Nice and smooth up front with a bite on the back end. Seems to have a bit of a sweet taste to it.

Pretty smooth, more backend bite than I'm used to with 4 Rose's in general. Keep in mind it's a private barrel so the proof may vary. Prefer the OESQ
