Appearance: Light/mellow amber color, thin nearly non-existent legs Nose: honey, oak, char, light smoke Taste: Loads of spices that tingle the tongue, peppery, with curry like taste, lightly sweetened with honey Finish: short finish, slight char left behind Very complex and loads of flavors and spices can be unpacked.

Appearance: very light appearance, water appearance Nose: Smoky/char scent overpowers the rest Taste: oily, smoke, peat are the predominant flavors, salty Finish: Short finish, smoke and peat linger

Appearance: light honey appearance,thin legs Nose: peat, honey, floral, fruity (orange) Taste: light, sweet, refreshing, smoky, oily, malt Finish: warm, short lived Overall: decent upfront but finish is very short lived except for a touch of smoke

Appearance: Light Amber, numerous long flowing legs Nose: Oak sap, caramel, baked apple, fruit, light vanilla Taste: Full bodied and long-lasting flavor, Sweet fruit - almost floral, honey, vanilla, with late and very subtle peppery spice Finish: Very smooth, long lingering warmth, dry

Smell: strong oak aroma, burnt sugars, light floral, light alcohol Taste: initial strong alcohol taste (expected at 126.7%), powerful oak spices, tingling sensation on tongue Finish: powerful finish with slight burn, leaves slight numbing in mouth, more warm than burn on the way down, more harsh than smooth Conclusion: disappointed in the taste given the high price point. Flavor on palate is adequate but leaves more to be desired with a $70 price point. Most disappointed with the harsh finish. Have tasted 100-125 proof before with a much smoother finish for a better value i.e. Cosy Road, Makers Cask, among others.
