Tastes

Light scent of apple and tropical fruit on first nosing, which is then overtaken by sweet marshmallow. Sugared flowers on first entry, before savory bread notes, and later pepper and other spices come to the fore. Sweet spiced pastry lingers briefly on the palate at the finish.
