Tastes

A cross between a bourbon and a 100% rye. Good for both cocktails and sipping.

The nose is your standard bourbon with just a slight amount of smoke. The flavor is a rich vanilla and caramel body with more smoke. A little 1 note but overall pretty good.

It starts with a sweet, full-bodied nose that transitions into a smokey almost-peat flavor as it first hits your tongue. It mellows out with vanilla and caramel notes and a subtly spicy aftertaste.
