Charcoal, a little rubber, plenty of smoke but a bright smoke. Sour aftertaste likely from the heavy oak. If you’ve been around a campfire or smoke b fire drinking this you’ll get more caramel and honey. Maybe a little lemon in there.

Lots and lots of baking spices. Little bits of dark fruit, and just a hint of smoke and cereal. Finishes a tad minty, short to med length. A damn fine daily drinker
