Nose - nice. Higher proof hits after a delay. Brown sugar, floral, vanilla, caramel. Initial - bit delayed, pepper Taste - pepper, wooden, brown sugar, clove After - cask influence, delayed burn, pepper, but different type of pepper, which is interesting. Coats mouth like maple. Water - neuters nose too much - fresh notes, have to search for flavor notes on nose. Really mellows taste. Overall - odd for this high a proof, but dont add water - without water, it’s quite good

Nose - sherry, obviously. Cream. Initial - dull, suprisingly. Tase - suprisingly dormant for a sherry cask, After - little pepper Water - calmed nose, opens up sherry a bit. Overall - disappointing for sherry

Nose fresh, little pepper. Pepper & sweet at start, maple costs mouth. Water improves. Tastes stronger than 90 proof

Nose is sweet, vanilla, oak. Not harsh at all, bit of a bite. Floral & caramel on the front, vanilla thtoughout, pepper on the back end. Wouldn’t recommend water in this, it neuters the pallete, makes it dull. Suprised overall w/ how good this one is.
