Tastes

Staple item in my bar. Tawny in color, with a nose the states Bourbon! Tastes of carmel apples, wood chips, with hints of cherry and allspice, with a slight nutty bitterness to round out the flavor.

Beautiful amber copper color. Caramel, oak, sweet cream butter, vanilla, baking spice and some leather with a bit of cocoa and nuts. Medium bodied and well balanced.
