Nose- incredibly nose clearing! menthol, pine even a hint of eucalyptus. Behind that is subtle tropical fruit. Palate - The higher alcohol percentage gives it a bit of a kick at the fore! herbaceous, vegetal notes first, followed by dry smoky wood (however, the smokiness is NOT dominant and very well integrated with the other flavours) and a lasting but gentle sweetness, like papaya.
