Excellent creamy apple pie with a hint of smoke.

Vanilla, fresh herbs, berries, licorice, and spiciness. I would always drink neat because of the complexity gets diluted with ice or droplets of water.

I’m not a big fan of bourbon but when the mood strikes, this isn’t a bad sipper. That rye in bourbon is medium and has a bit of fruit but not overwhelming sweetness.

It’s a staple of mine. It’s got that rich honied taste at first and the smoke rises subtlety at the end & lasts. A classic blended Scotch whiskey.
