Very light straw color light on the nose, a touch of mineral and citrus. Cinnamon feel mixed with lemongrass taste. Fascinating mouthfeel, like a wave of warm pepper and cinnamon spice, with the smooth gentle flavors of apple and shortbread flowing through the middle. A touch of sugar on the finish.
