Tastes

Certainly lives up to its namesake Loch, with deep smoke warming against the wet earth and foggy air, with hints of dried fruit on the tongue a provision for unforgiving conditions. A winter dram if there ever was one.

I was drawn to the promise of peat, but all I got was the tinge of young whisky that nosed far too hot with no depth. I'll pass on this one.
