Tastes

Figs come through strong on the nose. Palate of spices and dried fruit, particularly nutmeg, which lingers through a delicious finish.

Sweet cherry and oaky nose. Very little alcohol smell. The first sip was almost too smooth, as it went down without leaving much impression. After swirling it in the glass and swishing in my mouth, got some nice woody spices, a touch of molasses, and almost a...candied flower taste.

Okay nose, nutty flavors up forward with a touch of corn in the finish. Very smooth even at 50%.

Brown sugar, toffee, vanilla. Sweet finish.

Very clean. Cognac comes through in the middle of the taste. Oak, a bare hint of smoke, dried fruit, spices. Lingering finish.

Notes of rich notes of toffee, charred oak. Bourbon finish comes on strong, presents a long, lingering finish.
