I got introduced to cognacs since the late ’70s getting to know the taste of the cognac VSOP line of Hennessy, Martell, and Remy Martin. Each brand has a distinct taste, smoothness, flavor, and have a unique sensation that interacts with your system. Sensation such as a warm feeling, a hint of sweetness, oaks, and a feeling of relaxation while enjoying your drink. Taking a sip and exhaling thru your mouth. Fast forward this year 2020, I have ventured to other cognac product lines in search of good cognacs. I did not know that there is another line of VSOP cognacs which experts described as ”floral tasting." So far, I have tried ABK6 VSOP, Paulet VSOP, Kirkland XO, and A DE FUSSIGNY SELECTION COGNAC. These selections are floral tasting and light. Taste like drinking flower extracts. But these floral cognacs to my experience, 1st sip is smooth but immediately evaporates to your palate going up to your nasopharynx, getting a feeling choking and dryness. Unlike Hennessy, Martell, and Remy cognacs, it stayed down smoothly to your oropharynx. For Floral taste, this is for you. (ABK6, Paulet, Kirland XO,and A DE FUSSIGNY) I guess I am not into floral cognac selections. I believe each individual has unique taste buds. I am no expert, just for pleasure, social drinking, or special occasion, and while enjoying the company of our family and friends. Just a reminder drink in moderation.30.0 USD per Bottle

I believe each individual has unique taste buds. I am no expert, just for leisure drinking after an exhausting day at work, or celebrating with family members or friends. At first I was hesitant to try Martell Blue Swift but based on the board’s individual review that one has to taste it to familiarize your tasting buds. Cognacs are for sipping and not for straight up shot drink. I have learned from an article to fully enjoy cognac drink one needs to sip it and exhale your breathe slowly out to your mouth discreetly. To enjoy its full essence, taste, and calming effects. This is a good starting point to drink cognac which give favorable response to your taste buds. I am adding Martell Blue Swift to my collection. The 50 ml’s are available in the market to test it, if you are not fully ready to invest a full bottle $37-$40 depending on location. For me you won’t regret it, and your next test upgrade would be Hennessy Privilege. Enjoy and drink in moderation39.0 USD per Bottle

I believe each individual has unique taste buds. I am no expert, just for leisure drinker after hard day work. My experience trying Kirkland XO base on the individual's board review that one has to try it to familiarize your tasting buds. Cognac and Brandy are for sipping not for toasting a shot-buttoms up. To enjoy its full essence and therapeutic calming effects which relaxes and warms your body. 1st sip was smooth but immediately evaporates to your pallate going up to your nasopharynx , getting a feeling choking and dryness. Unlike other cognacs and brandy, that I tasted it stays down smoothly to your oropharynx. For me, NOT my choice of drink will put on my storage bin.
