Nose is extra smoky with some honey and mint. Palate has a lot of smoke, grassy like dry hay. Finish pretty clean with moderate burn for a young whiskey.

Opened this ~6 weeks ago; rating neat at the shoulders. Nose: vanilla and candied apple with hints of cinnamon, oak, fresh linen, and leather. Palate: baked green apples, leather, oak, and smoke with a slight/moderate burn. Extended finish with a long, clean burn and some toasted marshmallow. Overall nice, smooth and enjoyable.

As good as expected. Nose is cinnamon, burnt sugar, fruit, and vanilla. Palate is all of above plus more with nice smooth oak and a little leather. Excellent extended finish.

Surprisingly good base for bourbon or whiskey. Aged in barrel for only 45 minutes but still grabs some wood and honeysuckle.

Nose: vanilla, cinnamon, allspice, some fruit, and smoke. Palate: smooth mouthfeel, tastes follow nose with some added toasted almond/nut and honey. Finish: clean and full, little to no burn.

Sometimes you just say WTH and have a Fireball. Sweet cinnamon decadence. It is liquid Red Hots mixed with cotton candy at the county fair next to the wafting sweaty smell from the pony rides. Short light finish with a hint of soap after the heat fades.

Great nose with vanilla, oak, apple, butter pecan, and caramel corn. Palate starts smoky & oaky, then softens to clean linen and a finish with apple, pear and cinnamon. The mesquite sneaks in and out and lingers on an extended finish.

Buttery, vanilla pudding and a little mint on nose and palate. Seemed like it had a rum or brandy finish. Complex and bold.

This was winner in a 5 wide blind tasting I did on ABV Network. It beat out Old Tub, Stumpy’s Old Monroe, French Lick’s Lee W. Sinclair BiB, and EW 1783. Nose and palate presented apples, cinnamon and honey. Clean finish with very low heat.

Nice nose with some cherry, vanilla and banana notes. Palate followed the nose. Moderately smooth finish and very little burn.
