Extremely smooth and well rounded, no doubt benefitting from being aged in the different barrels. The taste I couldn't pegged down must be the honey notes. A great scotch to pair with a fine fish dinner.

Great complex floral notes that open up with a splash of water. Peated? Lightly Peated providing character to the taste, but not Islay peated.

I can't say this is as smooth as Westland's Oak without saying nothing if you are one to enjoy an Islay Scotch. For Islay fans, this is a great American Peated whiskey. It's heavier, stronger than your standard whiskey, but quite enjoyable for the peated fans.

It's not a single malt, it's not a Bourbon, it's not a Tennessee Whiskey. It's just a straight forward whiskey that's very smooth and quite enjoyable. Cheers!

Ignore the low score for this smooth drink. Is it a Scotch? It's Dewar's. On the nose, you would think this is a Sherry variant. It's smooth with no burn. Bottom line, I call it a Scotch-Sherry hybrid that is too good to pass up. Especially for how cheap it is....an incredible value.

More coffee than whiskey, less impressive than any other Jameson I've ever tasted.

This is a smooth Bourbon, but can't add anything more than that.

Another good and spicy rye. I equate this with the Blaum Bros Rye I have commented on before.

In comparing to Nikka Coffey, it's a bit heavier in taste with a little bit of a burn. Still very enjoyable.

This is a whiskey with a strong spicy kick at the end of the sip! It's not a hot spicy, but a warm comfortable spicy. I'm going to need to try a few more solid ryes before my final decision.
